Question About Ricoh Fax Machine None
We have a Ricoh 4420L Fax and in the display area ...

We have a Ricoh 4420L Fax and in the display area it indicates a error message of Network Error 10-61. I have tried to clear it and it comes back. I have turned the machine off and it comes back. I do have the original manual but the troubleshooting list only goes to 9-17. Do you have any suggestions?
