All colors came out fine. There were a few faded black/gray horizontal bands on top of the printed side of the page and more of similar bands all over the back of the page. Are there fixes for this problem? The printer vendor told us it's time to discard this printer and get a new one. I would like to know if their suggestion is true or they simply wanted us to buy a new one from them. Thanks.
