I am getting light purple steaks in my color prints in the same positin every time. What could be wrong?

0 The toner could be dried out, especially if it's been a while to print. If the ink is too thick, it will create a small layer on the paper, and smear as the mechanism moves. Try printing a few copies and see if it goes away. if not, taking out the cartridge and dipping the ink part n a little warm water may help.

0 It look likes there is no color in one straight line or steak. I ran hot water over it and printed about 20 copies. What eles do you think it could be?
