I have a second tray on my printer; however, this ...

I have a second tray on my printer; however, this tray is not recognized in my printer settings whenever I get ready to print a document. That was the purpose of getting the second tray, so I could print on letterhead at anytime without having to feed it through the bypass tray. Please help!
