Ricoh error...

Our Ricoh Laser Printer keeps stopping and displaying the "Load Bypass Tray Letter 8 1/2x11" error. What should we do to make the printer prints without being stopped? Thanks for your helps. Trieu Doan Town of Bel Air 39 Hickory Ave Bel Air, MD 21014
