When I print envelopes on Word 2000 to my Ricoh Aficio SP 3410dn printer, the name and address line print all the way to the top of the envelope. How can I get it centered on the envelope like it should be?

3 You need to use the utility software to tell the printer it has DL envelopes (or whatever size you're using) in the bypass tray. This is just one of the awful bugs with Ricoh printers. Ricoh printers are not very good. We have over 200 and have problems with every single one of them.
