royal alpha 580 register...

the register keeps saying power failure..is this due to low batteries or something else??

0 If your register is stll operating correctly, the Power Failure is just a Notice that the power went out. Make sure you have new Batteries in it and that it is NOT pluged into a power outlet that is switched off at some point during the day. The batteries maintain the Program Memory and if they go dead you will need to reprogram the register.
