I have a Royal RS9512C shredder, and lately it's been making a clunking sound and the paper backs up into the cutting blades. I know from previous discussions that this is a result of the 2 inch spur gear, and I called customer service and was told that this shredder and gear have been obsoleted. Does anyone know where I can get a gear for this shredder?
