Question About Royal Consumer Information Products Paper Shredder None
Motor runs but the cutting device does not turn...

Shredder made a loud noise as if one part was hitting another. It kept working for a while (I shut it down twice to let it cool down when I got the overheat error). After the third cool down I turned it on and the motor runs but the cutting device does not turn. I took it apart and cleaned and oiled the cutter but that did not solve the problem
