New Royal PX1201 Crosscut Shredder...

Recently purchased shredder at Costco. Auto feed does not work. Forward buttons and reverse are OK. Any home remedy before returning??? Thank You. Jeff Meek

0 I had the same issue. I used some compressed air to blow around the the Forward and Reverse Buttons and that seemed to clear the Autofeed function to work again. Hope this helps.
