Question About Royal Consumer Information Products Paper Shredder Royal 12X
Royal 12X commercial paper shredder...

The paper shredder will not operate in forward mode but will operate in reverse mode. I have cleaned the electronic sensors with q-tip and rubbing alcohol. Is there anything else to get it running?
