Question About Royal Consumer Information Products Paper Shredder None
Shredder does not work....

I plug in my shredder and place it on the accompanying bin and it does not work. There appears to be no light indicating power to the unit. I have tried different outlets and have had no success. It does not work and Circuit City will not take it as a return or exchange. Help. I feel I just threw $40 in the trashcan.
