I can't figure out how to make the printer happy again. I've replaced the toner in the cartridge because it said it was empty. For an empty cartridge I sure dumped alot out and there was less than 1/4 tsp. in the waste cartridge. After the toner was in, I put in a new chip and reset it and it still says it is empty. What should I do now. I get a solid red light and the blue ring keeps going around and around. Thanks for any help you can give.
