Problem with Toner...

Hello, My machine keeps repeating the thoner is empty whereas I just put in a new one and am sure to have removed all the packaging as well as I have surely placed it right inside the machine. Dont understand...? can somebody please help? The reference is SAMSUNG SCX 4521 FR
