Question About Samsung All in One Printer SCX-4600

Samsung printing program SCX-4600 series, i have a computer cafe .My problem is when more than one customer would like to print from there computer. On my master computer's screen, the SCX-4600 print programs icon box there shows all the computers which would like to request printing in a line up.But the problem is in the line up all the PC's numbers 1-21 do not show up at all-so i dont know who wants to print .I would like to know how to i input all the pc's by number into my system ?

0 the above question was simply asked because i want every PC's to show up on my admistrator screen in numerical order.As of now it only shows blank under owner ,were id like numbers of who wants what.So very sorry i had to beat a dead horse on this one ,im just a little stressed .
