Question About Samsung All in One Printer SCX-5312F
SCX-5313F All-in-one : Images too light...

We have a SCX-5312F machine and recently replaced the Drum to correct a problem of an unwanted line on the prints. We also replaced the Toner Cartridge recently. However, since this time, when using the Copy function, the printed images are extremely faint (light), even when the Contract is increased to its max. Note: the printed images produced when printing from the PC are OK. Has anyone an idea of what we should do to rectify this problem ? All the best, Karin
