4 it is showing light red color and rose

0 the screen image is bulging in or out in the middle (the vertical edges of the screen bow in or out) what should i do? i tried to repair it using the keys at the right side of my monitor but i don't know what the exact numbers to key in. can you please give me a hand to settle this problem
