I have a Samsung E1920 monitor. It has completely lost the red colour. I have tried the menu operated by the buttons on the bottom of the screen, but nothing makes any difference. I have switched the screen and the computer off, restarted, but this does not restore the colour. Please advise. Chris Scotter
