Question About Samsung Computer Monitor 731N
need help...

Sync Master 731N is the model i have. i have a box in the middle of my screen that i can not get rid of,the box says brightness, has anyone had this problem and know how to keep it off my screen, thanks maddy

5 I just contacted samsung 1800samsung and they told me the problem is a chip gone haywire and that it needs to be repaired by the manufacturer. If you call them they will send you a repair label for you to ship your monitor back to get it repaired. It takes 7-14 days. Hope this helps someone.

5 The small circut board behind the buttons has gone bad. This seems to be a common problem with these monitors. The part is only around $25
