Question About Samsung Fax Machine SF-370 Series
no ink on page...

purchased new machine and when first did test ink faded away after 2 lines of writing now not printing any ink on paper although head etc moving ok.new cartrige out of packet and ink level states 8/8

1 It's great there are manuals to be read in here when problems occur in the machine. Sometimes products have issues and need to be tested right after purchasing it. to be sure.

0 Have same problem. The ink was very faint and after 2 or 3 pages disappeared altogher although cartridge was full. Now I have to buy another cartridge and it's costing almost Euro 40. I think there is a problem with these machines. It is not clear in the manual how to load the ink.
