Question About Samsung Fax Machine SF4500
samsung sf4500...

i have replaced the ink cartridge many times however this time the cartridge does not fit tightly into the holder therefore the machine does not regognise and shows alarm light. i have tried to resubmit the empty cartridge , and now this does not fit,ie(does not clip in tightly) can anyone assist with this problem?
