how do I know if the laptop is running on its battery or plugged in electricity ? the computer was plugged in to wall socket and kept giving me a message that my battery was running low.the red light and the blue light on the front are both lit and the computer is plugged in to a wall socket.eventually the message about the battery got down to 4-5% and the computer shut down.the power button would not work . about 8 hours later the power button works hence this message
