new laptop...

does not have internet icon, no instructions on how to send, receive email and is stuck on "backup" and page won't clear

0 Hi can anyone help me, my samsung N130 gives me a black screen, i dont even see the arrow or anything, it starts up and its says loading and when loged in, the screen goes totaly black. you see nothing, you can hear everything is loading thats suppose to load, but its pitch black, nothing on the screen, it looks like its off, but when you press something you can hear its on.. any help please........
