we received the rcs10 note book back from repair ...

we received the rcs10 note book back from repair and now the touch pad is super sensitive it is causing the mouse cursor to bounce all over the playe when we are typing, second question the on screan indicators that the num lock , or cap lock buttons are no popping up on ascrean when we push them, ideas or help please?
