I have a Samsung CLX-6210FX printer and it comes up with Send Error (Author) everytime I try to send a fax, so my faxes do not go out. Report comes back with Status: failure. I can't open the user manual online as the adobe file won't open for me. Can anyone help me with how to fix this problem?
