When printing, the room lights, clock, etc...everything on the room's circuit..blink like it's being overloaded. Also, when I'm not actually printing but the printer is on and in standby, the fluctuation occurs about every 15 sec., like a heater or warmup device is coming on the keep the printer warmed up. The printer has a 5.5 amp max rating and the room circuit is 15 amp, but it's hard to believe that the printer would cause the circuit voltage to fluctuate. None of my other printers do this. I'm afraid it will damage my computer, since the printer, computer, modem, router, etc. are all plugged into the same surge suppressor. The tech support person at Samsung says this is normal and to be expected. Is there something wrong with the printer?
