Question About Samsung Printer None
printer not acknowledging new toner cartridge...

It says black toner empty. I replaced it and restarted the printer. It still says black toner empty. Repplaced that cartridge with anopther new one-same results. kenri;ley@johnlscott.com or 503-781-7132
