5 Hi! Thank you for your question. There seems to be a clear light prism inside the Toner Waste Bin. If the light can't go through the prism, error occurs because the Bin is too dirty. You should empty the Bin, carefully wash it with water and fairy liquid and dry it. BR, Falun Dafa practitioner
