5 If the tablet is not turning on at all, you may have an issue with your battery, if this is the case, it will either need to be repaired, or returned. If the issue you are having is that the tablet is freezing and overheating, simply close open apps and turn off, battery/data intensive features such as wifi or bluetooth. This can be done by holding down the home button and clicking task manager. From there, close any apps you are not using. By the way, next time, try to be more clear about your issues, it is sort of hard to understand what your problem is due to the fact that most handheld electronics tend to overheat and the fact that it is "not working" could mean a plethora of things.
