We have a Sanyo cash registered that just failed during business hours and need to get it running ASAP... Numbers on the back plate are as follows (if it helps as to model and/or serial number); ECR338 25W0.3A 09928500 TSC the resister just quit / the display has "dots" across / won't let you ring in / we tried the un=plug.... turn off to see if it would reset with no luck.... any suggestions..... ideally you can call us 570-889-5124 to resolve / we don't have internet access at the location
