Question About Savin All in One Printer 9220
toner light...

the toner light is on and i replaced the toner but the light remains on and it will not allow me to copy...can you help?

2 i see that the inside of the toner cartridge has a seal that needs to be broken but it is not breaking when i insert it into the copier...
