The power comes on. Blue light lights for a couple seconds, then begins to blink. Monitor does not fully start up, and none of the buttons on the side work (except the power).

4 There's a kit available that replaces all the capacitors on the power board . Apparently this is a common problem with this product . A blown capacitor will have a slight bulge on the top instead of being flat like the rest .. These units were built with the cheapest coponents available , so it is recommended that you change all the caps while you're in there .
