WON" T STAY CHARGED...

I BOUGHT THIS CHARGER ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO, I PLUGED IT IN AND HAD TO USE IT, I RECHARGED IT THEN TRYED TO USE IT AND IT WAS DEAD, TRYED TO CHARGE IT AGAIN BUT NOTHING, AND I"M ONE OF THOSE GUYS THAT DON'T KEEP RECEIPTS OR BOXES, AND I BOUGHT IT OFF THE INTERNET AND DON'T KNOW WHERE,WHAT IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO?
