I inadvertently erased the network scan code when doing some hands on training on how to set the code. It was working until I said 'yes' to changing the code and pushed the 'ok' on the display. Now it shows optional equipment is not installed' message when pressing 'image/send' button on control panel. Is there a way to recover the code or do we have to go to Sharp and ask for a new product key? Any help would be appreciated.
