a customer of mine is gettin the message "REMOTE SOFTWARE CONNECTION REQUEST ALLOW CONNECTION?"intermitantly it is not effecting the functionality of the copier/all in one but they are annoyed ...i was wondering if anyone encountered this issue at all and how they solved it ....how to get rid of it and why is this popping up....any help would be greatly appreciated thanx in advance
