I have a Sharp ElsiMate EL-387R and in the top lef...

I have a Sharp ElsiMate EL-387R and in the top left hand corner is 87 and if I try to do a calculation, and type in say 15x185 it comes up as 79x789. How do I clear this and get it back to normal?
