5 After following the instructions below 2. Insert one of the supplied mode keys into the mode switch and turn it to the REG position. 3. Insert the plug into the AC outlet 4. The buzzer will sound 3 times. this is where the problem lies I'm hearing a continuous buzz. could some please assist. thanks very much
