0 Had same problem found instuctions for SPC 900 which is close, I learned when you change batteries do so for both remote and clock, you must battery the remote first hit reset button then set channel 1-2-or 3 once that is done then insert batteries into clock press reset (I use a bent paper clip for both clock and remote) use + - button to set time zone once correct time zone entered then press and hold 'set' button till year flashes use + - to set year press 'set' again to set month use + - then press "set" to set day use + - for correct day then press set again to set language use + - then press 'set' for hour AM (does not show) or PM will show if in 12Hr mode once correct hour is in press 'set' for minute use + - press 'set again to save, next press chan button to same channel you set remote on wait and remote and clock will sync pass this on if you know other SPC 936 owners good luck.
