spc500 problems with alarm, it will not change time. changing normal clock time works fine but holding the alarm button and pushing minutes or hours button does not make the digits change at all

0 IM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS BUT NOT WITH THE ALARM BUT WITH THE CLOCK TIME ? HELP?!?!?!
