I have never had a problem with this fax machine until about a month ago. Now next to date and time is an E. I followed the instructions in my manual and nothing will fix this. There is a dial tone, but when you dial the number (yours or OPEN LCR) it does not work; says please hang up. The LCR # no longer works and I emailed them and got no response. Can you help please?
