0 Not sure if you are still looking for answers or not but it Looks like since the copies are fine recieving, the print engine and process unit is fine. Appearsa that the problem is in the scanner. If there are lines across the page I would say you had a dirty scan glass. That is the little slit of glass trhe copy scans over in the document feeder. If that is all clean the scanner probably needs replaced. It will cost more than a new fax probably. Curt.
