I have a sharp UX-305 Idon't use it to receive faxes any more just send. The Unit is not allowing me to dial out any more. I get a # when any key id pressed. On the second press I get the phone company prompt "We're sorry your call cannot be completed as dialed, OV-12." I suspect that the first press gives a call that is in memory? If so how do I clear the memory without printing? Unplugging doesn't work. Help
