0 I have 2 trays that are full of paper yet it still states on the top (PAPER TRAY). It will not print any faxes I receive. Is there anything I'm doing wrong? Thanks

0 Sorry I do not know what this means can not change settings. I'm not trying to change settings trying to figure why if there is paper in the drawers and they are shut why is it saying No Paper (TRAY) but I can copy just receive and faxes. Thanks Rhonda

0 Need to change Phone # that prints out on faxed copy, and need to chage date and time.
