lock out...

The sharp XR-10X -L has been locked out and will not allow me to use the manual controls. How do I unlock it?

0 Ive had this same problem. It happens quite often. sharp co told me to press and hold the down arrow (which is next to keystone & menu help buttons) and the menu help button at the same time. While holding these buttons then press and hold the enter button all at the same time. Try it.
