I live in the UK and have purchased a Sharper Image Talking Picture Frame with Message, Alarm Clock and Temperature. Model Number could be IT502. There was no instruction leaflet in the box to tell you how to record a message into this clock just tiny holes with REC and MIC above them. I have contacted the company but they were no help and give me your link. Can you help please
