0 How do you change from a 24 hour time to regular time?

0 It's the button in the 9 o'clock position as you look at it from the front labeled Month/12/24. Pressing that button switches it back and forth from 12 hr to 24 hr. The AM/PM indicator only shows when in 12 hr format.
