5 1. Download this file: ftp://ftp.aztech.com/Shiro/Firmware/Broadband/DSL805EU%20-%20113.100.1i-004.zip 2. Unzip/extract the downloaded .zip file. This will give you a folder called 113.100.1i-004, and inside that folder will be a file called single.annexA.upgrade.img 3. Follow the instructions at: ftp://ftp.aztech.com/Shiro/Firmware/Broadband/Firmware%20Upgrade%20Procedure%20DSL805EU.pdf These instructions are: 1. Log in to the user interface, http://192.168.1.1 2. If there is a prompt for authentication, input admin for both the username and password 3. Click on the Firmware Upgrade on the left panel under Advanced 4. Click on Browse, locate and select the file single.annexA.upgrade.img (**the file you downloaded in the first two steps above**) 5. Click on Update Gateway to start upgrading, it will take about approx 5 mins to upgrade to the new firmware. Note: DO NOT switch OFF CPE while upgrading 6. Clear Internet browser cache files. (**Do this in your browser's menu --> Settings --> clear cache. You can Google how to do this for more instructions**) 7. Log in to the user interface and configure again for use, http://192.168.1.1 Hope this helps!
