Question About Sony Fax Machine FAX-B140
copy problem...

my cannon fax/phone/answering machine wont print out when i try to make a copy only.it will print out a fax received but gives recipient of my fax a blank page with my details printed on top of page. i have checked manual with no luck. can anyone help PLEASE
