I am try to access a old Programable Logic Controlle,r the software is asking me to enter a Com Port number even though I am using a USB cable. I am not able to find what my port numbers in the Device Manager. The help menu says there should be a menu item listed in the device manager called Ports. My computer is a Sony Vaio with Windows 7. I am able to view my ports in Windows XP and get the software to work. How do I get my port to come up in Windows 7 on my Sony Viao Model PCG-81114L?
