I have Sony Laptop Model PDG-7N2L There are three clear round clear lights with no label on the first one, which is lit up right now and the other two are not lit up , but there is a "vol" written between them. Then next to the are two buttons that say S1 AND s2 I CANNOT GET VOLUME ON MY COMPUTER ANY MORE AND HAVE CHECKED EVERY OTHER VOLUME SETTING POSSIBLE.
